This yoga class with Yasue will take place online, over zoom
Once booking has been confirmed, you will receive a second email from me with the class link.

Please be sure to mute yourself when you enter the call.
You will need a yoga mat and any supportive props that are available to you, such as a block, yoga strap, pillow, rolled up towel.
