Using a special fascia-releasing roller to warm up and release the body, followed by yoga asana to restore. No previous yoga experience is needed, so this class is especially good for beginners, rehabilitation, general body maintenance, and for runners, swimmers and other sports.
A traditional Hatha Yoga class including pranayama, breathing practice and restorative poses. This is a steady, grounding session that creates space to stretch, strengthen and settle at the end of the day.
