This yoga class with Yasue will take place online over zoom
Once booking has been confirmed, you will receive a second email from me with the class link.

You can also install the zoom app on your mobile or tablet.
Please be sure to turn the camera on and mute yourself when you enter the class.
You will need a yoga mat and any supportive props that are available to you, such as a block, yoga strap, pillow, rolled up towel.
