This Yoga Class with Yasue will take place online, over Zoom
Once booking has been confirmed, you will receive a second email from me with the class link.
If you have never used Zoom, here is a link to download and install it:
- You can also install the zoom app on your mobile or tablet.
- Please be sure to mute yourself when you enter the call.
- You will need a yoga mat and any supportive props that are available to you, such as a block, yoga strap, pillow, rolled up towel.
